Below you will find our reservation policies as well as specific pet information. For reservations, you may check availability by visiting our online reservation system or you may simply contact us via our site.

Policies:
Rates are based on Standard Occupancy. Kids twelve and under stay Free. Thirteen and older please add twenty dollars per night for any additional guests. Deposits are refundable if cancellation notice is received 21 days prior to arrival date.  If cancellation is within 21 days, depending on your circumstances, we may give you a credit toward your next stay within the same year. A $35. Bookkeeping fee is retained for all returned deposits.

Check In/Check Out:
Room availability cannot be assured until after 3:00 pm. However, if the cottage is ready, it's yours! Check Out time is 10:30 am. If late departure and/or early arrival are available (upon request) an additional fee may apply.

Requests/Reservation:
In the event that a particular room type is not available, the Innkeepers reserve the right to place you in the most similar accommodations available. We understand that your special requests are also very important to you and we will do our best to accommodate them. The BOOTHBAY RESORT packages are available on a limited time basis and advance reservations and deposits are required. Sorry, we do not offer double promotions for your vacation.

Lost Keys:
A fee of $10. will be charged to you for each key not returned.

Pet Policy:

We are happy to offer your pets a free place to sit, stay and play with your family in 2008! Certain cottages apply. Please advise us at time of booking if you want to bring your pet with you, prior authorization is needed. For example, type and number of pet(s), up to date vaccinations, etc.

*We accept those of you who bring your pets on vacation with the purpose of vacationing with your pets. We do not allow people who intend to bring their pets simply to avoid boarding them. We are not a boarding house for pets. If you need to board your pet you can try “2nd Home kennel” at 207-633-7984.
* Also at time of booking let us know if you are in need of a crate. We have a limited number of crates for rent if you are unable to bring your own.
*We do encourage you to walk, play, and enjoy your pet on our spacious grounds so long as they are in full control and are not allowed to interfere or invade our other guests areas.
*Leash your pet(s) at all times for the safety of your pet and others.
*Just as you would want a clean, fur free room to stay in, so do others. We ask you to take the simple steps necessary to keep your pet off the furniture and bedding.
*As proud as you are about your certain breed of pet, the myth that certain animals don’t shed hair is just that, a myth. Even humans shed,… sometimes worse than a pet!! LOL
*We can always provide flat sheets for your pets, although we prefer them to stay off all the furniture. There are some people that are highly allergic to pet dander.
*CLEAN UP YOUR PET'S WASTE.
*No pets allowed in the Laundry, Breakfast, Office, or the Pool area.
*Be courteous of all of the guests. Some people are afraid or allergic to pets.

Our resort is ideal for the golf lover. With two regulation bent grass putting greens placed within our cottage resort and being just a short walk to the course, we offer the best stay and play experience in the mid-coast. With nationally known golf course expert Clayton Longfellow and Jim Reeves as new owners, and our son Cody Mitchell keeping the course in pristine shape, golf in Boothbay will be an unforgettable experience for 2009!

Yeah we are always striving to make our little piece of heaven even more of a destination. Win's passion and vision for the Boothbay Resort property is to eventually have a small restaurant and brewery on site.
We have put together some cool logo gear that will help start promoting our little brewpub concept and also make you look cool or hot when you're out exploring the coast! The on-line store is now under construction and we will have a page devoted to some of this cool stuff soon.
